Mike is a very experienced salesman with over 25 years of exceptional success including senior management positions in Sales, Marketing, Training & People Development.
Before starting The Sales Doctors, Mike was employed by organisations originating from the UK, Europe, the Far East and the USA, which has given him considerable exposure to different cultures, markets and personnel for companies such as IBM, Hamilton Rentals, Nokia, Dataflex, Curry's, Discomp, First Computer, British Gas and The Wakebourne Group.
Mike has devised, written, produced and implemented Business Strategies, Business Plans, Financial Plans, Sales & Marketing Plans, Routes to Market and Practical Implementation Plans.
Mike can act as your Sales & Marketing Manager and your Training Manager or as a natural extension to your existing Sales & Marketing effort. He performs all aspects of Professional Sales Management, this includes Generating Revenue (both New Business and Account Management) Recruitment & Retention Policies, Motivation & Performance Practices, Direction and Strategic Planning as well as Professional Assessment Techniques, Coaching, Training and People Development.
He has also Designed, Written and Delivered over 300 Training Courses on Management, Marketing and Sales to over 40,000 delegates, achieving a consistent satisfaction feedback rate of 98%.
Mike successfully completed an MBA in 1992, as well as being a fully paid up member of the University of Life. He enjoys a pint of real ale, literature, travelling, cooking, politics, supporting London Irish, Luton Town (someone has to!) and Reading FC.
